Prayers please - - - - - -Update - - Update 2
A good friend and my former boss left work early yesterday. He was feeling bad and just wanted to go home. Once there, he had a heart attack. He was unresponsive in the ambulance, and once at the ER, they did an emergency triple bypass. He is still in a comma and unresponsive. Please remember a gun loving, good guy, David Wright in your prayers. The world is a better place with him in it.
Update;
As of this evening, Dave is out of the comma. He's not really fully alert, and mostly falls asleep in mid-sentence. But, thank God, he will wake and open his eyes if you call his name, and recognize you by name. 30 seconds later, he's asleep. Doc says it's a sign that he will most likely make a full and complete recovery.
God bless all of you for your prayers. I told Rhonda you were all praying for him, and she thanks you from the bottom of her heart. Pray that she worries a little less and gets some sleep. She doesn't look good right now.
Things are not as hopefull as they were late last night. He is slipping backwards and the doctor said it is due to heart, organ and brain damage resulting from the 45 minutes of time that his heart didn't beat and they were doing manual CPR. He is back on a respirator and semiconscience at best. Please keep the prayers coming. He is far from out of the woods as of this morning.
