Locked Topics

Hey this one gets me down. I posted a want ad and got one reply. and then it was locked, the response i got was for a new rifle. and i never got a chance to change it to used. This upsets me.

    I got an email saying topics were locked after 10 posts.

    How is it that some of these run on and on? Not complaining, just wondering if policies here are adhered to like in any bureaucracy.
