Raw clams..steamed clams, corn on the cob, grilled asparagus..homegrown tomatoes , and fresh caught trout.

Having some Chicken Corn Chowder I made in the crock pot a couple of days ago. I make enough so that I don't have to cook for quite a while.
I feel bad though, cause a poor lobster has been living in my fridge all week, and i'm just too lazy to cook him.0 -

We're both at our max wts and have started to trim down on meals so we can return to our current wts over the holidays.
Wife is snacking on rice cakes and microwaving some frozen Lo cal dinner for me plus a glass of water. Nice.
Nothing to look forward to like Mond's pheasant or sirloin tips.

Braised pork Boston Butt roast, with gravy made from the scrapings.
White beans cooked long enough to turn into soup beans, with sufficient quantities of red and black pepper to make'er stand out.
Smothered with just canned green tomato pickles/relish/ketchup/picallily/whatever you call it, it's good.
Hushpuppies.
Corn on the cob.
Big slice of onion.
But it's a slow night around here.
