Va Executive Order
It's hard to argue the fact that the shooter at Virginia Tech should have been reported to be a danger. If that would have happened, A. he would not have been able to pass a background check, and B. he would have been removed from campus. What do you think of the new ruling, pro/con?

I've already written to the VA Senate Majority Leader. He assures me (and he IS a strong supporter of the 2nd) that our rights will be protected in the next session of the general assembly. My concern is who is watching the watchers. 0 -

The problem is who defines "mentally ill?" By what criteria? How much subjective judgment is allowed? By whom? How long are you deemed "mentally ill?" For a statutory period? For life? Can you be reexamined and removed from the crazy list?0 -
