I am from Great Falls but I frequent Missoula. Sportsman's is the largest gun store and they have fairly decent prices. I have not shot in any of the ranges there but here's a website that might help you ...

I visited a friend there a couple years ago and he took me to visit the Norht American Elk hunting museum ... VERY interesting!
