    My wife, who is from Iowa and of Norwegian heritage, talks about eating lutefisk and Flatbrod as a kid at Christmas time.[xx(] Thank goodness it didn't follow as a tradition in our home![:D]

    I love lutefisk. I just bought 20 lbs got it in the freezer. I usually invite my Mother, Uncle and few friends over for a Lutefisk feast.

    Lutefisk and Stoli's, I have a good friend that is from Finland, it's hard for this old Scottsman to get by much lutefisk, I do better with the vodka.

    I'm 4th generation here in this country, if you heard me talk you'd swear I was a character out of the movie Fargo. Having said that, I'd rather eat dirt than that vile concoction called Lutefisk. Dave[xx(]

    Hell, when I was fishing in Alaska we had it {dried salted cod} at least once a week. I damn near mutinied. The cook even had the unmitigated gall to make GRAVY out of it.
