Pistol sale..............FFL or No???
Can a private individual sell a pistol without having to have a FFL ship it for him? I understand that it has to go to a FFL, just wondering if I would have to ship it from one? And as I understand it, FEDEX??

The law allows an individual to ship to an FFL.
Some FFL holders will not accept shipments from individuals.0 -

an individual can ship overnight fedex if the recieving FFL will acceppt it,,fedex is extremly high,I have found it cost less to pay my ffl to ship it for me,he can ship usps $10 and with his fee added is less than fedex ,also this way never have a problem with recieving ffl's 0 -
Laws vary from state to state. In Texas, and private sale from individual to individual does not have to go to or from a FFL as long as it never crosses state lines. But, by federal law, a handgun can only be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) if you have an FFL. Private sellers can ship long guns and shot guns USPS, but must ship handguns via another means. 0
