or know the area about half way between Phoenix and Flagstaff? How is the climate and terrain? A good place to live or all Mexicans hell bent on taking every thing they get their hands on.

  Half way between is getting into pondorosa pine forest, above pinyon/juniper. Great forest fire country, a little to the west around Sedona/cottonwood is some real high rent real estate. Lots of National forest. good country, most of the folks you don't care for will be sticking to the urban areas where there are jobs.

  Come out and look for your self. Terrain varies greatly from pine forest to Juniper to high desert and grasslands. No industry in the area. Bring your own money.
