Another of my back yard visitors
Taken about a month ago from my kitchen window as usual. Yes it is a NJ
deer. A usual daily occurance in the late afternoon or early evening or whenever the spirit moves them. Sure beats watching T.V. at suppertime.
Counted 24 + a week ago at one time. Most bucks have shed already but
a couple still havent shed. Seems like a bit late this year for shedding. Looking foreward to the new fawn crop in a few months.

Man, my wife and I envy some of you guys being able to live in, somewhat, remote areas where wild life is abundant and practically comes to your front/back door. Went deer hunting once in my life---didn't see anything. But as I got older, I thought to myself---"in this day and age, I just couldn't kill such a beautiful animal". I get a bigger thrill just watching them and shooting them "with a camera". 0 -

Nice view- here the deer go past the house, but they are Mulies and come out after it's dark, so no pictures; not that I can figure out how to get then on the computer, 0 -

Yes, my deer hunting lately is only done with a camera also. (unless I get too hungry. Thats different). Nothing against hunting though for other guys. 0 -
