    she was about 3 when that was taken and she will be 12 on the 12th ,I guess thats why I taking a trip back in time

    thanks I kinda think the same thing [^] Old fooler was one of the best horse I have had we had to put him down about 3 years ago [V]
    he was 18 and we broke him as a colt. Im not sure who took it harder me or my dad

    Sorry to hear about the horse. We had a Morgan a long time ago that was poisoned by a guy who had an unfortunate accident and hit my mix-breed on the highway. I was 16 yrs old and forgot to put the chain around the gate. Brandy was a smart little black horse of mine that got out that nite and met a pickup driving down the road. Since the horse had the right-of-way our homeowner's insurance didn't replace his truck. It was an all around bad thing for all who were involved. A few days after the accident Gallahad (the Morgan) ran straight through the barbwire fence and we found him laying in a patch of goldenrod. He was still alive....but not for long. The vet said he got out and that eating the goldenrod was what killed him....but that horse was super skiddish and would NEVER bust through a fence like that to run out into the dark. I know what happened. It was sad.
