An intersting opinion on Vick's situation

Found this little readers comment on the Rocky Mountain News website.

    Sounds like some of the trolls here,.....I will venture to guess that what you posted wasn't even by a black guy, but a troll on that board.

    Don't know, but it's posted on their website.

    I believe it was posted by a raciest. Either a black one who hates whites, or a white one trying to stir up hatered between blacks and whites.

    Certainly is racism.
    You have to be a black racist moron to defend Mike Vick.

    In 1963, the NFL suspended one of the great stars of all time, Paul Hornung, who was on the world champion Packers, for a year, for gambling. He is white.

    If a white guy had been doing what the criminal Vick did, he would be in just as much trouble.

    As to whether the post is authentic, believe me, it probably is.
    I listen to Atlanta talk radio at night on the am dial, there are lots of calls to the station, from "African Americans," that sound just like this post.

    I agree with that 100%,......just seems over the top to me, thats all.
    Vick can go to prison for life as far as I am concerned.

    By the way, if any of y'all want to listen to some good Atlanta talk radio, see if you can pick up am 750 after dark. It is clear channel, can be heard in 38 states in good weather. There is a smart ass host on beginning at 10 pm, named Chris Krok. He has been tearing Vick a new one for several months.
    Believe, me, Kroktalk will be worth listening to tonight. The guy is pretty funny, and you will hear some black defenders of Vick spouting some ridiculous bs when they call in tonight.

    It just never ceases to amaze me what some folks can attribute to racism. You can bet whoever wrote that is trying to get folks fired up enough to give some money for something.

    I made the comment I did, because it sounds over the top. I have heard "clearly" white guys call into talk radio, pretending to be black, and talking that smack.
    On the other hand,.....I have heard a huge amount of garbage from racist blacks, that is hard to believe. They get a "pass" though, on the racist label,.......only "whites" can be racist, if you didn't already know that.

    Allen, I remember seeing Paul and Alex Karris (who was banned with him) in the St. Louis Playboy Club back then. Darn, I wish I could have got their autographs. They both took their punishment and didn't bit*h about it. I would love to know, but I bet they were only making 100K/yr. - chump change for pro ball nowdays.

    to call us all racists shows you don't know what you're talking about. so, the insult of calling us "crackers" is meaningless, my friend. what you say doesn't really hurt us when it's meaningless. look at yourself. you're the one with problems.
