Why should we expect any different? A traveler moving down the highway at or below the speed limit in an up-to-date registered vehicle adhering to all moving vehicle requirements being operated in a safe manner.

Not buckled up! What a danger to other motorist! I hope the idiot traffic cop is laughed out of court.

    Sounds like my old girlfriend.
Pushy pushy pushy. I finally had to tell her, "No. for the tenth time, I do NOT want a breath mint!"

The cop doesn't have to deal with it himself...

You'd be told to clean it up, but if you refused it would be cleaned up by trustees at the jail.

    Now the bad part...

The trustees that you made clean up your mess are very possibly the same people who'll be delivering your meals to your cell and they don't have jailers looking over their shoulder at all times. Enjoy. [;)]

When I was a teenager, I once had a cop who wanted to bust me for DWI, call my Dad to come get me instead. Because I had puked all over MYSELF and he didn't want me in his car.[:D]

Reasoning is that if the prisoner is going into county they're getting the fine money, so he's actually their's and we're just transporting. Besides, trustee labor doesn't cost them a cent.
