Last summer it was $2.39 a gallon.

In Southern OH I am paying 1.79 a gal Plus sales tax. The sales tax is to help the residents of Ohio save money and keep their family warm.

You State Gub'Ment may love you more or less.

2.97 per gal here, we can buy it ahead of time in the summer and save some money come winter. Nasty Gas ain't much cheaper. per therm or what ever the hell they measure it in. I added a wood burner and still had a 100 buck a month nasty gas bill. WOMEN cant seem to get it through there heads it cost money for that hot water that they like to feel run down there bodies for hrs at a time.

I prepaid last summer for $1.59/gal. They put the last of that in on 02/01/07. The first propane I ever bought was .11 cents /gal. That was in 1967 and I had just spent every dollar I had to buy a farm. The tank took 300 gallons to fill and the bill was $33.00.[:0] I thought they had ruined me.[:D] I had been having about a $7.00 a month natural gas bill.

We just went thru a 2day power outage from the high winds downing trees. The generator ran all of that time and used quite a bit of propane, but when you still have power it doesn't matter how much it cost.

The highest this season was $2.49...then last week it was $1.92...don't know why it changed, but I'm sure it was someone's fault...[;)]

They filled us up in February and I think it was around $2.00/gallon. Doesn't seem to matter how mild or cold a winter we have it usually cost's about the same to fill. I was condsidering installing a heat-pump until I heard that our electric coop just approved a 30% increase. Guess I'll go geo-thermal.
