I have heard that you can buy drugs that are prescription in America right over the counter in Mexico.
I tried to buy some Valium in a drugstore in Valladolid, but, they wouldn't sell.
I wouldn't try to bring one of these drugs back, I imagine that without a prescription they are illegal in the States.0 -
If you have a prescription you can show Customs, there is no problem IF the drug is legal in the US. Many drugs that are prescription here are OTC there, for those it is not necessary, but IS desireable to have a scrip from you doctor here. 0 -
If you have a valid prescription the regs state you can purchase and bring back a "reasonable amount" of any FDA approved drug, but you must declare these when entering the US. If you stay in the range of one month's supply you won't have any problem. 0
