lifters lifters....

changed heads on my 327 that has Rhoads lifters, decided i did'nt like them bleed down things....ordered some comp cam pro magnums gonna try them and see how i like them.....anybody run these lifters and if so how do you like them....pry wont get them until monday.

    Used Rhodes lifters in a 340 MOPAR - junked them just like you. Replaced the whole valve train with a solid lifter cam.

    Much happier.

    solid lifter for sure would be the best way to go.

    Odd, I was plenty happy with them in my 390. But then I was running a 500/525 cam.

    Keep us posted on the Pro Magnums, I've got a 390 in my T-Bird that's beggin' for more ponies.

    I ran Rhoads in a 340 X-motor with a 305 dur. 505 lift Lunati cam. I liked them. Don't know nuttin' about the Comp Cams lifters.

    I will do that...but i also swapped out the 882 heads that was on it when i got it which come out to 9:1comp ratio with the heads i put on it i jumped comp ratio to 10.7:1 .....anways should scoot pretty good i hope
