different speed loaders

Can somebody tell me what brand these are or if they are called something other than "speedloader" ?

I don't know the brand, but I think they were profiled in the Law Enforcement Handgun Digest from the early 1970s. Or maybe it was Cooper On Handguns.

They look like the old Safariland Quikloads, are they still soft?

It's been awhile, but I want to say they were made by Safariland. Not real popular though. Their Comp I & II's were seen alot more often.
