Not just effectively, but also efficently and make it cost effective with low maintenance, then we would be heading in the right direction.

i would suggest the best energy is in the form of self generated methane...cheaply fueled by imported beans freely carried in by illegals & served with cheap chinese biodegradable utensils...backpack bladders served by valved hoses can be downloaded at the end of the day to transportation or home storage systems, also saving measurable electricity formerly used for vent fans........excuse me----have to recharge the computer
