simple..he makes more on the sale....have bought many at $12-15 from across the whole country...$20 shipping is normally all i will pay unless it is something i can't live without..have seen up to $50 shipping stated which would only be considered if it was one of a kind high dollar collectible including insurance...in buying must consider ship & transfer in total value of deal 0
