I'm local, and offered another place to shoot. DCFS, in SW Delaware County.

Not having pedaled the new Navy Yard, I do not know the layout or what the business might have been. Given South Philadelphia's love of self-defense, it is a bummer the right guy was not there to save his buddies.

Give me a shout if you wanna go shooting.

However..I currently reside in Tulsa, Oklahome...a fur piece from Philly.
I scanned the net to pick up info about the Utah shootings..and ran acoss this piece.
