GUTS or BALLS ?
Semantics
We've all heard about people having GUTS or BALLS, but do you really
know the difference between them? In an effort to keep you informed, the
definition for each is listed below...
GUTS - is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being met
By your wife with a broom, and having the guts to ask: "Are you still cleaning, or
are you flying somewhere?"
BALLS - is coming home late after a night out with the guys, smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the butt and
having the balls to say: "You're next."
I hope this clears up any confusion on the definitions.
Medically speaking, there is no difference in the outcome since both ultimately result in death.[}:)][8D]

Only if you're married or in a committed relationship. If your single, chances are you may quite possibly get away with it...maybe. 0 -

sounds like a great father-in-law...
...not that I would ever find myself in similar circumstances.0 -
I guess that makes me a great son-in-law. Not long after my wife and I married, I stopped at a red light next to my FIL. He had a nice looking lady in the car with him. We made eye contact, so I KNOW he knew it was me. I never mentioned it to him or anyone else. He died of a massive heart attack about a year later. The lady came to his funeral (alone). I will never tell my wife about it. 0 -
Sounds like brass balls to me.[:D] 0 -

Only after the Mrs. first cuts your b*lls off and then rips your guts out.[:0]0 -
Balls
having the mouth to speak up.
Guts is to be able to back up your mouth.[;)]0 -
A similar term often used in the military is Intestinal Fortitude. It has the same meaning but sounds more official.[:D] 0 -

Rather strange how all 3 words,
GUTS
BALLS
INTESTINAL FORTITUDE
can be replaced with just one word
[:o)][}:)] STUPIDITY[}:)][:o)]0 -

STUPIDITY
Spoken like a loyal subject of the King.
Down here...those words MEAN something..the 'joke' is merely gallows humor about it.0
