  Just on the off chance you are 12, with little reading behind you...go over to the auction side.
  There are clear rules and regulations telling you exactly how to transfer firearms thru a dealer...and also answer your questions concerning ammo, ect.
  
  The short answer being...ANY FIREARM MUST go thru a FFL holder.
