    That's beautiful. I know what you mean about the colors getting away in minutes. There have been times that I've had a pretty sunset or sunrise and it would be gone before I can get in the house for my camera.

    That is one of those "once" in a lifetime pictures.[^]

    EBESHIRS, I shot that with a Nikon D70s. Manual exposure at 13 seconds with a f7.1 aperture. Also used a release cable and sturdy tripod.

    I love that Cactus!!!
    I spent a year in the heart of Mexico desert and seeing your picture brought back a lot of memories.
    Road runners, High Speed Lizards, Tarantulas Moths as big as Robins. And bumble bees as big as humming birds. The desert is a crazy place.[:p]
