Skip the wedding, a gathering of Warbirds is far more important.

Direct from the web site, you have to go. Besides, the pictures will be 1000 times better.

Since over 50% of marriages end up in divorce, just head for the air show.

Hearing that big Merlin making a high speed pass with the supercharger screaming is one of the greatest sounds I have ever heard!!

The only time a wedding should come first is if your the Groom or the Minister, other than that they are a waist of time, especially if the food isn't that good...

Go to the airshow, it'll be much more fulfilling

Ah, to have been born in 1920, and to have flown a P51 in combat....

After all was said and done, I'd rather have taken the camper and stayed for the whole air show.

Sadly, I didn't make it to this show. I did go to Reno for the air races. Had one friend from here die along with two other people in unrelated crashes. It's a hell of a sight when a jet pancakes into the tarmac. As an aside, I want to see them race, not die. I would think, it won't make me quit flying, or, for that matter, most of the guys who participate in the sport.[:)]

Just got my EAA December 07 magazine issue covering the "Gathering Of Mustangs And Legends".
Seventy five Mustangs showed (90 were scheduled) as did fifty ex P51 pilots, some of whom told their stories.
If there's ever another I'll make it come hell or high water.
These pilots can't last much longer.
