    To a camper, black water means one thing and that is what collects in the sump under a toilet.
    Gray water is the outflow of sinks and shower, collected in a separate sump.
    I find the choice of the organizational name interesting since
    they do deal with the feces of the world.
    It's my belief that's the derivation of the name.
