CCW vs CHL
Just curious, some of you refer to a concealed handgun license aa a CCW, in Texas we call them CHL. Our license are titled "Concealed Handgun License". What are yours titled? I assume that CCW refers to carry concealed weapon, but what does your actual license say? Just wondering.

the firearm part is important. in ma, that license doesnt cover anyother type of weapon(defined as any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war, as a sword, rifle, or cannon). so a knife, baton, stun gun, sap or flap jack or anything else is not covered by the license0 -

I guess that makes it an LCCP, I always just refer to it as a CCW. I not aware that any state allows that carrying of anything other than a pistol with their respective permits.0 -
