I'm interested but gee, Bobski, you have 14 "commandments" but almost no details about the flask you're selling! Is it brass or copper? What are the dimensions? I don't know if it's a 3" or 6" as there's nothing to compare it to. Is the collar held on by brass, iron or steel screws? Are the seams tight? Any splits or dents? Any maker's marks on the flask, collar or spout? How much is the reserve? 0 -
this was my uncles. i dont do black powder. i dont know the first thing about it. ask the experts about it because its been years and i forgot! heck, if it wasnt for ole capt...i would have thought it was for rifles.
the rules and fine print is the result of dealing with idiots for 10 years. each and every item is the result of someone trying to pull a fast one over me and it made me be very wary. its best to let all know im on to the games by posting what i do.
its easy to ride the ride as a buyer. a dare some of you non sellers to try fielding 3000 and i mean 3000 emails with stupid questions per month....and then they still dont buy it or bid. it gets old.

What are the markings on the flask?
It looks like a Navy E Pluribus Unim flask w/slant charger but could be a commercial unmarked flask of the period.0
