    You got too much pressure!

    High pressure will cause the beer to foam.[;)]

    I can't cut the pressure down. It is a sealed container. I doubt I will buy another one of these.

    Also, let it pour down the side of the glass rather than letting it hit the bottom of the glass.

    Angle the glass at a steep angle, pour down the side of the glass until it's 3/4 full, then straighten the glass and fill up by pouring in the center. You'll get perfect head a perfect head, everytime.

    If it still doesn't help, get it colder.

    Cold will help reduce the pressure as well![;)]

    yep, I think that's it, same issues with overpumping a keg.

    try making it colder. little effect, so you'd have to try to get it as cold as possible without freezing. couldn't hurt to try!
