In an effort to head this off at the pass, let me say I probably got this ball rolling with a bit of an inflammatory question/observation and I could have framed the issue in a different manner.
I will not get into personal attacks on members here and do not consider anyone here an enemy. I sincerely wish you all well as life is too short and there is already enough hate in this world for us to add to it here on a voluntary chat board intended to be frequented by like-minded (outdoors, hunting, gun collecting, etc...) individuals.
I am certainly no hero, but consider myself blessed to have served with many who've humbly earned that title. This war has dragged on for a considerable amount of time and I see no end in sight. I will continue to do my duty and ask that if my postings offend or seem narcissistic, please let me know as that is truly not my intent. Being proud of my service is not meant to detract from anyone elses.
It is good to "see" you all again and guess the one constant in this world is change; not even GB General Discussion can avoid that rule of nature!!!

DWS has not changed in the very least since I have been here. Sometimes people do not remember things as they were but as they would have them to be. I for one would not want DWS to change. He makes an otherwise mundane bored somewhat bearable. As to NightStalker, he is a big man and can take anything sent his way. I do know that he can take a little verbal bashing as he is a man and a hero in my book. Don
