How old do you have to be to start going senial?
I think I am in the beginning stages because I really want to buy a HiPoint Pistol.

My buddy at work, a retired Ohio Police Officer, has one in .40 We were talking one day, he said, "you know what, your not gonna believe but i have a great little shooter, works all the time, not a problem yet". I said, what is it? he says a .40 cal hi point. LOL. 0 -
Its starts with spelling[:o)] then only goes down from there,,,adjust to it and give me your guns for the safety of the children[:)]..imo,,nambu 0 -
I used Hi Point in a sentance today. I was talking to a freind about a gun shop and his high prices. That's when I said, "what do you expect? he sales Hi Points." [:D] 0 -
All together: Hi, MVP!
My name's MrOrange, and I want a Hi Point. Just got my 30 day chip.
Seriously, it's like the movie critic who, once in a while, just wants to watch a Three Stooges movie.0 -
Trust me..you need your meds..MVP..[:o)][;)],,I just unloaded 10 HI-POINTS at the gunshop today that didn't sell at a Dayton,OH gun show..got my work out in for the day..they only weigh about 5lbs a piece.[:0].lol..Loko 0 -
I am a gun collector...If I bought one and sold it it is a piece of crap....and I bought one and I sold one!!!! 0 -
GUN test magazine lists it as a good buy 0 -
You know as a plinker and a gun just to shoot for fun they are not that bad and they have a lifetime warranty that the company will live up to. Yeah they are heavy and big but they shoot and why not buy one to shoot for fun. I would never carry one as a CCW thought.
I have bought and sold several of them over the years and one of there 9mm carbines lives under the seat of my truck they are kind of like AK's
I take it out soak it down with WD40 and shoot it works great even the laser they come with works good SOB to sight in but once on it is good to go. Have had to smack the bolt against the bumper of the truck once or twice to get it open but after that it's OK the mags leave a hell of a lot to desire though.
Got a .45ACP that i soak with white spray grease and leave on my boat all the time rusted to hell but works great.0 -

Go for it! They are good guns for the money.

quote:Tommy : Let's think about this for a sec, Ted, why do they put a guarantee on a box? Hmm, very interesting.
Ted : I'm listening.
Tommy : Here's how I see it. A guy puts a guarantee on the box 'cause he wants you to fell all warm and toasty inside.
Ted : Yeah, makes a man feel good.
Tommy : 'Course it does. Ya think if you leave that box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter.
Ted : What's your point?
Tommy : The point is, how do you know the Guarantee Fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy, but we're not buying it. Next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser and your daughter's knocked up, I seen it a hundred times.
Ted : But why do they put a guarantee on the box then?
Tommy : Because they know all they solda ya was a guaranteed piece of shEEt. That's all it is. Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for right now, for your sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality item from me.
Ted : Hmm. Okay, I'll buy from you.
FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS BUY HIGH POINTS!0 -
Ya know all most all of the major gun companies have lifetime warranties on the box. My point was that they back up their product. 0 -
For the same money you could get a CZ52. By far a much much better weapon. 0 -
There are several warning signs of early dementia:
First, you forget how to spell "senile". After that, you start believing that carrying a colostomy bag is much more convenient than trying to find a bathroom. You then look at picture of bikini-clad beach bunnies with tight butts and huge ta-tas only because you enjoy seeing the old lighthouse in the background but you consider "Aunt Bee" a "hottie". In the full-blown phase of dementia, you have an uncontrollable desire to buy a HiPoint. A prescription for Aricept may help. You have my sincere wishes for a complete recovery. [V]

I heard of a guy on the internet that uses his Jennings as a backup for his highpoint at IPSC competitions. His department issued them to him.0 -
Didn't I read a thread on here once about a guy firing one umpteen thousand times in one afternoon without a hitch? 0 -
