Fire Refugees in the stadium

I was just reading about the stadium full of refugees from the CA fires. How they are partying and having a good time. Neighbor helping neighbor and all that altruistic stuff.


Why didn't this happen in New Orleans when they had the disaster?

    That's because it's in San Diego, and we all of course know that it was discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.
