33 years old and still going...

In 8 minutes my birthday will officially be over. And now that I'm 33...I have no idea about anything. I need a job...anybody need a 33 year old has-been?

    happy birthday aramisvi, i'll be 34 this month and it seems that we have alot in common... both looking for work. [:D] I want to get into a job where i work on guns around guns with guns etc. etc. and live in central VA. but not sure where or how to start looking.... been doing construction all my life but that's getting old and i see the shape my dad's in after him doing it all his life so i'm looking to get out of it other than side jobs and working for friends and family ocassionally.... sorry to hi-jack the thread a little bit and good luck on your job search

    to answer the housing question, central ohio. new developments going in all the time so ...yeah a little hard to sell right now.

    remington nut, i did home remodeling for a while. i know how you feel. i was hired as a helper @ $7.00 per, and did as much as the lead guys did.

    what do i like to do? I love firearms, so i'd love to get a position in one of our local shops. there i can also learn more about different firearms, smithing, and reloading. but the job that i loved was with Autozone. I worked as the CS (comercial specialist) and dealt with garages all day. set hours, good pay ($1000 fer 2 weeks) all the overtime i wanted. but i can't go back cuz the manager screwed me when i left and put me in their system as nonrehirable. 2 different DMs have tried to get me back but the HR director at corporate says no cuz of that.

    but things will be diferent after thursday.
