    It was the Wicked witch of the East in the Frank Baum novel and in the 1939 movie. Margaret Hamilton played both Wicked Witches and Miss Gulch.

    Neither of those women looks remotely like her.

    Yes oldcolt she is something else,limo liberal.When she was a sup for Marin county when ever there was a do to go to she always insisted the county pay for a limo for here alone.All the other sups iether took there own cars or county cars.my wife and all here family worked there so i know that to be true.She is a greedy little millioniare liberal lawyer.
