    OMG![:0]

    Something must be done!

These things should not be readily available to the general public. They must be highly regulated in order to avoid the senseless violence perpetrated by irresponsible do-it-yourselfers all accross the country. Just immagine the carnage that could occur if a child were to get hold of one of these things. We must contact our congress people and representatives so they can pass highly restrictive legislation if not all out bans against these evil killing machines.

    Bigtire.
    +1.
We need to register all nail guns.[;)] Then license all the users
after they pass an eight hour safety course.[;)]
Then impose a 3 day waiting period before one can be acquired.[;)]
Each "gun" must have a trigger lock, and be stored in a locked
safe.[;)] And all nail guns stored in employee's cars on the jobsite
    shall be confiscated.[;)][;)]

LOL. I worked in a furniture factory in SL in the 70's, and a chap
fired one into the freight elevator as we went by..the nail luckily
    bounced around without hitting anyone.

Darwins law says the problem will tend to be self correcting.
