To Buy Or Not To Buy? that is the question.

Local gun shop got shipment of Stag AR's for $895.00 plus tax.

So very tempting.

    I need advice fast. I have an all-out crush on the gun and the auction ends very soon. The car needs tires but it seldom snows in Dallas. There are some secondary Christmas gifts I could buy but everyone's primary gifts are bought and paid. I will need the full 14 days allowed by GB to sneak the money out of the budget, and I need to pay a $215(!) ticket I got recently for committing a rolling stop at a 4-way. I think I can do it if I cash in my coffee can full of change off the dresser and pack sandwiches for lunch until Memorial Day. Did I mention I'm already set-up to load this caliber?

    Someone please push me over the edge or pull me back!

    Buy it already,
    you know how bad you want it,
    just do it,
    you can always sell it for a profit later,
    those things are getting real collectable,
    it's a buyers market

    I'll be the 'male chicken' blocker. Wait a few months and find another deal on the same model. You'll feel better about your decision if you spend a few more bucks on your loved ones this holiday season.

    This falls under the category of "Guns I sold but wish I hadn't".

    Yes I do reload most of my rifles have never shot a factory round since they were new[;)]

    I have a Rem 700 vls .223 that will do .250 groups at 100 yds with my handloads

    Yep but it gives them something to aim for

    I also had a guy sitting next to me once that was shooting .150 groups so it goes both ways [;)]
