Who likes the new laminated wood on 870s??
Went down to GI Joe's yesterday for some stuff and was looking at the 870s - Mrs.Blue likes the new laminated wood look and wants one in 20ga. I'm not sure, I do know the laminated does not warp like a regular stock. Your opinions please!!!!

I like them better than that cheap looking balsa wood the had before. 0 -
I think they are nice looking but they do add alot of weight to the gun. I just wouldn't want to haul one around in the field. 0 -
That is a good looking chunk of wood they are using for the laminate, it gives the 870 a more civilized look. Plus you have all the benefits of laminate. Go ahead and get it for the Mrs, she'll love it. 0 -
laminated wood is the best wood for anything other than "aesthetics". Pretty wood is for pretty guns,...I'd go with laminated for a working gun. 0 -
I like them.
But I am partial to laminated wood. I would rather have a laminate/stainless rifle before any other type.0
