Question for the smarter than me on class III

I was reading a book on firearms in the movie industry,it got me curious so I started looking up where hollywood gets its guns for the movies,In most cases they talk about corporations that hold a class III lic supplying these firearms and them having an armorer on the set of the movie.Then if you read these armorers can buy or build post 86 automatic weapons,once owned or built they can never be transferred,they have to keep them or destroy them,.....
Now my question,,what would keep any person from incorporating himself,it does not cost much,then once incorperated use the corporation to get a class III firearms lic,once this is done you could build or buy any personal toy you wished,,,I know it could never be sold but who cares,you could build most of what you wanted to play with for a little of nothing
Now I know this sounds too easy ,may cost a few $$$ but not hard, it is the exact way all these so-called security firms/corporations get their weapons for their people,

    There are specific provisions for the movie industry.
    If they don't have it, they make it, they destroy it.

    There is one major player, and plenty of smaller companies.

    The liberal movie industry is "special".
    And there is nothing to keep you from becoming an SOT mfgr.
    And if you have a C2 license you can buy PreMay dealer guns.
    You can keep them when you give up your license.
