as a pistol it is ok it is an SP-89
vertical foregrip is NOT unless registed as a AOW0 -
also keep in mind that having that stock nearby might make some eager beaver charge you with having an unliscensed SBR 0 -

Agreed with tsavo, this is murky at best...
And it's coming out of Puetro Rico? It was my understanding that the gun laws were rather restrictive there, and this guy is selling some high end HK's??0 -

What abou all these thompson interchangeable barrels that take rifle bullets from a short barrel. Does no one say anything about it since they are single shot?0 -
65GTO- problem is not the cartridge that it fires, but that is has a SHORT barrel and a shoulder stock. Barrel less than 16 and shoulder stock makes it a SBR- short barreled rifle- same class as sawn off shotgun. Requires registration, payment of Fed transfer tax. 0 -

The Thompsons Contenders are only legal if they have the pistol grip on them If you put the short bbl with the rifle stock you are in trouble. So if you have a 16" barrel with the stock ok 14" with it you in deep doodoo0
