I don't have one, but they are HUGE. You can even recline the back seats...I want one, when they come out with a long bed version. I heard they were coming out with one this year.?.?.? 0 -

The best pickup to ever come out of Dodge was the Scamp. 2.2L 5 Speed pickup.
If they made one right now I'd buy one. I won't buy the gas chugging junk they make right now.
My 1988 Chevy gets better gas mileage than any current production Dodge pickup....why move up?0 -
I DON'T HAVE ONE, I WOULD LIKE ONE, IN A FEW THERE WILL BE SOME GOOD USED ONES AT A GOOD PRICE.
I'LL HAVE TO STICK WITH THE SB VERSION IF I WANT TO PARK IN THE GEERAGE.

One of my friends just bought an extended cab shortbed. We discovered, by accident, that the short bed is EXTRA short. His four wheeler won't even fit in it with the tailgate closed. Sure seems like they build them for people with more money than brains, instead of for people who actually want to use them for something. 0 -

Sterling is NOT Ford. Rather, it's owned by D/C.
Next, we're talking trucks here. If it has spark plugs or glow plugs... IT'S NOT A REAL TRUCK![V]
As to gassers... My CTD will turn well over 20 mpg if I'm a bit light on the throttle. That's 7,500 pounds of RAM that will move mountains if the need be. Say what you like but gassers have no business in real trucks, nor in marine applications.
Fords... Nice looking garage queens. How comes Ford keeps changing their PowerStrokes? Probably the unequaled success of the 6.0.[xx(]
GM's... Lots of green for what you get. IFS on a real truck is an oxymoron. I guess the Iszuzu engine has now become reliable over the long term. I'd at least give GM's credit for looking good... But they don't![:D]0 -

Check out Sterling marine. I don't think gas belongs in big cruise boats, but cigarettes and cats, cry for big blocks. I guess I could live with a turbine engine in one also.0 -

I understand what you're saying, but I won't change my tune. Fact is I own a SeaRay with a 350 gasser...
But gas fumes go bang. They collect in the lowest places they can seep into and gas fumes like nothing better than a tiny spark to go boom. I've seen way too many boats burned to the waterline because someone either didn't turn on the bilge fans, or a unknown fuel leak developed.
Diesels are safe. They get much better economy and in the proper configuration they can move a boat with the best of them. I agree about the high performance boats powered by gassers, but driving them is sort of like driving the Hindenburg.
Diesels rule in marine applications. CTD's rule in real trucks. I have a feeling that we're really in agreement on just about everything.[:D]0
