Found a pistol
I forgot I had. It is an old 22lr derringer. One of the West German jobs imported in the 60s. Was going through some boxes and found it and a Remington Nylon 66 reciever in a box of stuff I hadn't opened in 10-12 years. No grips (I think that's why it got put away. What a jewell. All the steel is rusty and the finish on the aluminum is oxidized too grey. Also found a 22LR Sterling slide and odd parts.
Anyone ever find a gun the forgot about?

When you say," Nylon 66 receiver", did you mean the black plastic thing that holds the barrel, or the shiny metal cover? 0 -
