  I sold one to a friend, he loves it. Time will tell but it seems to be a good deal. It has all the bells and whistles and the price is right.
  The problem is finding them. My wholesaler has over 250 of the blued model on backorder and at least that many of the stainless. I called Taurus and talked to the regional sales director. He said the SS models will ship in April, I figure that means June or July.
  
  The fit and finish is good and it functions well. It isn't a high end gun but it's a good deal. The 1911 forums has good info about the gun.

  I have owned many Taurus guns through the years, never a complaint.Lifetime warranty as well.[:D]
