Let's look at what the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization recently found regarding global warming. The number-one cause isn't growing herds of SUVs; it is growing herds of cattle. That's right: Bovine methane does more to warm the planet than your Hummer H2. The world's 1.5 billion cows are found to be the culprits in 18 percent of the gases that cause warming-more than trains, planes and automobiles combined. Not only that, but livestock (including fertilizer and other things necessary for their care) are blamed for everything from acid rain to poisoning rivers and destroying coral reefs.

Its interesting that every article that I read on "global warming" has different statistics about the source of CO2.
The truth is that the majority of global warming comes from the earths natural compost decomposing!

I was leaving school the other day and some woman came up to me to rant at me about how my driving a truck is doing harm to the enviroment. She kept going on and on while I put my books and backpack up and started the car up, then she stopped and gave me a look as if I was supposed to respond to her. I revved it up to 3500rpm and held it there for a minute or two (my dual Magnaflows and 6.0L V8 are mighty loud[:)]) and then told her that just because I drive a truck is not the cause of this "global warming," which I think is totally bogus anyway. After that I ate a nice greasy hamburger with a chocolate malt, and it was a good day. 0 -
The effects of 1.5 billion cattle can't even hold a candle to 1.5 billion dinosaurs. 0
