A Lorain police officer who was fired for using a stun gun on a handcuffed man in the back of a cruiser last May was given his job back by an arbitrator yesterday.
According to Robert Phillips, general counsel for Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 3, Patrolman Daniel Bozsoki will be reinstated without back pay and will be placed on a probation period for one year. The
decision is effective immediately, Phillips said.
