If we simply stopped payroll deduction of taxes and everyone had to pay money out of their pocket on April 15th, voila` instant grassroots tax reform movement.

yep, that was a great scam when they starting withholding! 0 -
and swiped a card at gas stations and got a bill at the end of the year for gas tax..... and sales tax.... and phone taxes...... and, and, and.... 0
