Today.....
My sister takes her final exam to complete Gonzaga's law school. Next friday we are leaving for Spokane for graduation on saturday the 12th. I am so proud!

49 years ago, I opened a new business,and it evolved into the Co.s I have today...One more year and I'll make 50!....Been along hard rd...but, would not trade the experience for anything....turned into a National and International trading co. Met a lot of good folks that I still do business with today...I had a Mentor when I started, and he helped me stay the course...He passed 40 yrs ago...I have mentored several people in the industry as a way of repaying the people in my life that has made it successful ...Great to see one of your prot?g?s respond in kind and help nurture others...BTW I said a special prayer for all my Gun Broker Forum friends this AM...God Bless all... 0 -

That's not even remotely funny. If I recall, I did deploy to a foreign country, and I was put into a potentially life-endangering situation several times at the taxpayers expense. On top of that, no where on my uniform does it say "national guard." It says US Army, just like the people who do it every day.0 -

you should of joined me in fallujah back in 04...some of your soldier buddies were there... we had countless day to day " life threatening situations"..
edit: i suppose not logging on for 2 days at a time may be life threatening to some...

Believe it or not, I did get to cross the berm a handful of times, and it scared the piss out of me each time. If I had had a choice, I would've been in Bagdad or Falluja where the Infantry belongs, but I got stuck with a g/d pouge mission.0 -
