What the heck, everybody is asking them, so I may as well chime in, since I already mentioned it on another post.
If you have ever taken a "certified" IQ test,.......what were the results?
No internet "joke" tests, but the real thing.

Not surprising results to me, IF certified.
Most of you that think you may score low, might be very surprised.
There are folks that make millions of dollars a year, that have an IQ below 120, or even less.
It is simply a test to determine your understanding of basic principles, and how much you know about multiple theories, and thought processing.
If you are a good "multi-tasker", and just seem to know a little about everything in life,.....you likely have a high IQ.
My step-dad, whom was a physician, had an IQ of 132. He was the one that prompted me to take the tests.
He always felt I was of a much "broader" thinking than he was.
He was an exceptional doctor, and good to a degree with finances, but anything else, at times, he was at a loss.
I scored from 139 to 151 on various tests. My score on the Mensa sponsored test, was 142.
It has nothing to do with spelling, or grammar,........many folks that can't spell well have high IQ's.
Take this for what it is worth![;)]

I took one a long time ago and scored real high but can't remember my score. I've probably forgotten more than most of you know. 0 -

That was over thirty years ago.
To date, a lot of potential put to no particularly good use other than being a walking, talking encyclopedia of (mostly gun-related and/or historical) trivia.
Big hit at parties (yawn).
I have a far more complex outlook on things in the world than most people I deal with, but these days that feels more like a liability than anything. The end result is essentially being a pain in the butt to all sides. No total agreement with anyone, a greater or lesser (sometimes much lesser) degree of acceptance of just about everyone, even people and groups I recognize, in all seriousness, as deadly enemies. I have no problem with accepting the reasoning and perhaps even respecting the courage of people who still need to die, for what they have done or intend to do to my country.
Also unable, for the most part, to give simple answers to simple questions. Didja notice? [:p]0 -

I'm so smart that I studied all night for my Urine test at work and passed.[:D][:D][:D][}:)] Never use them small jars they furnish just ask for a quart Mason jar, ones ya get it started you don't want to stop in mid stream. Older you get you will understand the part about not stopping in mid stream, I so happy to get it started. [}:)][}:)] 0
