Shipping Rules ?? Handguns
Does anyone here know what are the real rules regarding shipment of handguns when the issue is overnight vs parcel post or UPS 2-3 day delivery or USPS priority 2-3 day service ??
Over the last year some FFL's have told me its the law they have to ship via Overnight by any carrier, then some have said you didn't.
Whats the real rule on speed og pistol/revolver shipping

Dealer to dealer, it can go by the USPS. I only use USPS for shipping and I ship handguns. 0 -
Overnight rules for hand guns are the carrier rules. Not laws. I ship handguns ffl to ffl USPS for less than $20.00 0 -
The nice thing about shipping handguns via USPS, is that you can put it in a nice short box that doesn't shout, "GUN!" 0
