Illegal in the K.C. area for carry purposes. I believe you can own them though. Liberal politicians are scared that if lawful, peaceful citizens are allowed to carry such weapons, then those citizens will be likely to go crazy and go on a rampage of beating people with their slapjack/blackjacks.
Course, the violent criminals planning on beating some innocent person can carry whatever they please. Just not the lawful, peaceful citizens.0 -

Not legal in Texas. Cops can carry them, but no one does anymore. If you hit someone with a sap, you are going to have to take him to get sewn up. 0 -
