I noticed your credentials in your signature line. Pretty impressive stuff. Thank you for your service for our country.

I have always wondered about something. There are all sorts of super high performance rifles and pistols, tuned and modified and so forth for optimum performance. If a run-of-the-mill SEAL was to take an off the shelf AR, a nice rifle but not one that's been worked over and massaged, and if he was to shoot standing, off hand at 200 yards, what size groups would he shoot? And what about the same situation with a Marine, soldier, etc.?

I'm interested in how such a fellow would do with the same Armalite or Bushmaster that anybody with $1100 could buy here off Gunbroker.

In your experience would a good marksman be able to shoot tight groups with such a rifle, or is such a device simply incapable of meeting the standard he would need?
