Hard to believe tomorrow it will be 46 years since the assination of JFK. I was 10 yo when it happened. I was off from school that day for teacher conferences. I was with my Mom, she was driving to a shopping center when the news came over the AM radio that the President was shot in Dallas. She veered off the road into a parking lot put the car in park and started crying. I was really scared that something was going to happen like the Russians were going to nuclear bomb us since we didn't have a leader. I guess it was all those duck & cover air raid drills we had in school. Anyway we had the rest of the week off and I watched the funeral procession on TV and saw Jack Ruby shoot Lee H Oswald. Even to this day the rumors of what really happened are still going on. Now that most of those involved are dead I guess we will really never know.

rented a movie, called Interveiw with an Assasin. guy claims to be the second shooter on the grassy knoll. dying of cancer and wanting to tell all. this thing is documentary but cant really tell if it is actual documentary or made to seem like one. there seems to be no actors or actresses in it however dude bears a strange resemblance to paul newman. fairly interesting, but a couple of things in it are kind of hokey, for instance the guy had a shell casing that he said was from the fatal shot, documentary guy has it analyzed and the guy says its a 6.5mm gives the maker and says it was fired about 30 plus years ago. dont know how they can tell when a shell was fired. or if they can tell. other then being kind of hokey its a fairly good movie. 0 -
I wasn't there but I have been shooting for 45 years. A hell of job shooting: shooting all those rounds, at a moving target, in that short of time frame, with the poorest rifle from WWII and actually hitting it. If you think Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman then I got a bridge for sale on New York. 0 -
i wasnt there or even here then. however adding up the facts and inconsistancies i truly beleive that there was more then one shooter, and that there was some sort of cover up. 0 -

I have never been a conspiracy theorist, but I have always felt that Lee Harvey Oswald was not a lone shooter. Was he innocent? Not by a long shot. I believe Oswald was involved in the incident, but not the only shooter. Oswald was also the Shooter of Officer JD Tibit just after the assassination, and when caught was still in possession of the hand gun he killed the Officer with. If he wasn't involved then what did he have to hide? Why did he leave the Book Suppository building, and why did he kill the officer?

I think his reputation as a great marksman grew after he became a gazilionaire, much like Davy Crockett became a great frontiersman after he became a politician and Lee Harvey Oswald became part of a conspiracy after some armchair marksmen decided that was good shootin'. In fact he became a gazilionaire by missing his target. He was shootin' at some food when up through the ground came a bubblin' crude.
If he was involved, I figure it was an accident. He was probably shooting at a possum or a golf or an eagle or something and missed or had a ricochet. I doubt if Mister Clampett even remembers being there.0 -

I've never tried shooting down such an angle, but shooting down into a waterway can throw me off a little. How much would one have to compensate for shooting from the fifth floor?
