HE'S IN!!!! 'Ol Fred IS RUNNING!!!!

...Today 'Ol Fred Thompson announced he's running for President! Who-Hoo! He also annonced he has a formidable war chest already.

... About time(!) since he has been running almost in the middle of the top tier of the pack in the polls; though he had not even announced! His "official" announcement will be made on 4 July, I think; I just caught the LAST couple of minutes of the segment on the news.

...Qualified, x-Senator, Super gun friendly, a hawk...and un-like the lefty/traitors/surrender monkies he recognizes the terroist exist and ARE real/hate us and have declared war on us and are dead set on killing us and destroying my country! YOU my friend....GET "IT" !!!![:D][^][^]

    ....Perssonaly I think Condi would be a great VP, but,I think she is going to leave the arena, shame. Thomson/Rice would be a very strong ticket! Talking about covering all the voter bases! Fred, black, woman...oooo-weeee! I LIKE that!

    ...How about Huckaby?...OR even better, Guiliani?? As VP Mr G would not have much impact, especially on the gun issue! Now THAT, would be an almost unbeatable ticket!!! Wow, Fred and Mr G, that is a very appealing ticket!!!!....[^]

    Be careful... he's a waffler.

    When 9-11 happened, he said he would run for re-election in 2002 because, "now is not the time for me to leave."

    Then he left.

    He also voted in favor of McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform...

    But now says he's against it.

    What else will he flip-flop on?

    Be careful what you wish for... the last time you guys got this excited over a candidate, he gave us Iraq and called anyone who is against amnesty for illegals "un-American."

The only responder that was not "pro" Fred...but then I know you feel Shri-Hillary is a shrew (TRUE!), among other unmentionable things the auto censor would clobber.

    ...I do like Fred/JC, or Fred/Huckaby, or even Fred/Guiliani, as VP Guiliani would pretty much be neutererd...as for as his "anti-gun"
